This belief is at the heart of everything Mary does. Growing Possibilities Pediatric Therapy LLC was founded by Mary Mitchell, a pediatric speech-language pathologist and mother with a lifelong passion for helping children and families.

Mary was raised with a strong belief in serving others. This value shaped her life and inspired her to pursue a career where she could make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

After years of working in a variety of clinical settings, Mary developed the knowledge, skills, and experience that prepared her to create a practice of her own. Along the way, she discovered the kind of care she wanted to provide—care that is personal, collaborative, and centered on each child’s unique strengths, interests, and experiences. She envisioned a practice where families feel heard and supported, children are encouraged to explore new skills with confidence, and therapy is thoughtfully tailored to what matters most in everyday life.
